Our hiring process typically takes 1-2 weeks, though we won’t rush you. You’ll meet with our recruitment pro, called a Talent Acquisition Specialist, and hiring team. Assuming it’s a match, you’ll be offered the role and invited to join our highly-rated onboarding program. Here’s what this process looks like in more detail:

A Talent Acquisition Specialist will have a conversation with you to learn more about you and share more about the role and Q-Centrix.

If it’s a match, we’ll schedule a phone screen call with you to learn more about your background and ideal next steps. We suggest you prepare to spend approximately 30 minutes with your Talent Acquisition Specialist, during which we’ll talk through your clinical data background, career aspirations, and tell you all about our roles and work.

Meet your hiring team. From there, we’ll run your application by our hiring team, aiming to set you up for an approximately 1-hour phone or video interview (your choice).

If your background and our needs align, it’s offer time! Your Talent Acquisition Specialist will walk you through all the finer points and help you navigate your upcoming transition.

We’ll help you ramp up. On your start date, you’ll participate in our comprehensive onboarding process during which you’ll get access to your assigned hospital partner(s), learn about the tools you’ll be using—including our best-in-class abstraction and workflow software, and get to know fellow experts in the field with whom you’ll work closely.
